It is our ultra-comfortable twist on the chic 1956 Florence Knoll Armchair & Ottoman. Mid-century design updated with a comfortable seating posture & the original 'period' tufted details we all love. Beautifully upholstered in supple Full Grain Aniline Dyed Leather finished with natural oils and waxes

Making the Icon

Our dedicated upholsterers keep the lines tailored, the upholstery taunts, and the curves even. Florence's squeak-free frame is solid wood, glued & screwed. Buttons are hand sewn. Cushions are individually fitted to the frame and generously filled. Florence is delivered with a limited lifetime warranty.

ABOUT FULL GRAIN ANILINE LEATHER

No paints or polymers. Straight from Vicenza, Italy, made from European cowhide. Our full-grain leather is known for its natural color variation, wrinkles, creases, and soft buttery feel. Full-grain leather has grains and markings that are as unique as individual fingerprints. Without topical colors and sealers, the leather touches, expands, contracts, and breathes naturally. Through age and use, a patina develops, which gives the furniture that comforting and vintage look.
