SWISS BY DESIGN
Originally designed by Swiss designer Ubald Klug, known for taking on unconventional projects, it's no surprise that he put forth something groundbreaking, pun intended—a chair that resembled a pile of earth. “He had the idea to produce a kind of mountain,” explains Willi Glaeser, his onetime collaborator. “In the Alps, the cows walk around leaving horizontal terraces. You see these patterns in this chair.”
1970'S GLAM
Two ingeniously designed sofa elements are the great basis for one’s own and personal interpretation of interior design and furnishing concept. The individual element is reminiscent of a terrace-like, stepped slope with different widths and depths. As in the case of the interiors of the Pop Art generation, all it takes is a single building block each on the “left” and “right” to create an inviting 2-seater sofa, a seating pyramid or a little mountain range of sofas. Terrazza also telegraphs a transgressive allure. They have this cheeky vibe and encourage all these weird ways of sitting.
ABOUT INDIGENOUS BOUCLE
Come home to this runway-worthy, extremely durable boucle fabric of incredible drape & natural feel. At 590 Grams per square meter, the Indigenous boucle is a delightfully curly fabric with beautiful variation in texture. Despite boucle being a fully woven loop fabric, from a distance, it might be mistaken for a loop and cut pile combo. Indigenous boucle has jaw-dropping texture and a comfortably soft surface.
