One Kings Lane
Alex Hoerner - MCCCV - Gray
Initially showcased at One Kings Lane, this limited-edition piece by Alex Hoerner depicts calm waters stretching to the horizon, creating a unique color-block effect from afar. It utilizes superior-quality Piezography inks, PrecisionDot screening, and resin-encapsulation for a uniform high-gloss finish. The art is matted, framed in white pine, and ready to hang. Alex Hoerner, a Los Angeles native, built box cameras as a child with his father. An alumnus of Wheaton College, his editorial work has appeared in The New York Times Magazine, The Guardian Observer, GQ, Vogue, Details, Nylon, and i-D. He has collaborated with BBH, ChiatDay, and GSDandM on campaigns for ATandT, Visa, and Southwest. In 2010, Alex, with his family, moved back to Los Angeles after almost a decade in New York. He has held fine art shows in New York, California, and Hawaii.
