Every individual order is hand-packaged with multiple layers of protection and shipped in a wooden crate for final extra protection. However, even with all the protection, minor grout pieces might fell out due to the fact that the package will be handled by over 20 different carrier personnel. To fix this issue, we will be sending a grout tube (for white grouts) or grout powder (for colorful grouts) which you can easily fix the grout in 2 minutes. Since the product is entirely handmade, there may be minor workmanship errors and have minor size differences. This product is also not suitable for outside usage, especially in colder temperatures.
