FEATURES • Rugs made out of microfiber polyester. • Rugs are made after you order by printing the design you choose. • Don't wash the rug with strong chemicals and do not dry clean it. • Carpet thickness is 5 mm (0.2 inches). • Rug bindings can be white or black depending on your preferences. • Carpet's dimensions might be ± 4% different from what you have ordered.

CUSTOMIZATION • To order a customized product, please send us the details about the design and dimensions.

PACKAGING and SHIPMENT • To decrease the shipment cost, we send the rugs folded which causes temporary folding marks. • Folding marks disappear over time since the rug is made from polyester. • There might be delays from time to time due to your specific location.

RETURN • If the size is different, or the design is incorrect or if there is a defect contact us for refund/resend. • No refunds for late delivery.
