West Elm Dalton sectional is super comfortable (currently priced on West Elm's website for $3,998)! Fabric is durable and pet safe + you can remove the cushion covers to wash. We've only had this couch for two years so it's in great shape. We're selling just for a change in design and atmosphere in our living room. Chaise is on the left side and this is the 121" version with black legs. Please note: our house is dog friendly so there may be residual allergens, but the couch will receive a thorough vacuum prior to picking it up.
