The prototypical "modern armless office chair," the Eames Aluminum Group Side Chair (1958) has a low back and clean, curvilinear lines that will complement almost any room of your home. Now available with or without arms and in a variety of materials, it comes with a 4-star base.

Materials: Five-star polished or powder-coated die-cast aluminum base and frame with a tubular steel column and 2" thick upholstered urethane foam cushions with polyester fiber batting.
